I must admit. For a long time I thought once I had a kid I would still have time to do everything I need to do on a daily basis. I thought I could still do school work (masters degree), still design websites, still have a full time job, still be involved in sports and church activities, and still have enough time to spend quality time with my family.
I think I thought wrong. Things have gotten absolutely crazy. Between school and work, and the little guy, time has become so limited these days. No time to work on websites that I am obligated to get done. No time to do a whole lot outside of work, baby and church.
I realize that this isn’t such a bad thing. If idle hands really are the devils hands, I should be good to go.
The thought of having more kids, and therefore less time, is terrifying – what would I give up?!
The most obvious answer is soccer. But I’ve been playing soccer since I was 4 or 5 years old. I play with a great group of guys, and it allows me to be competitive. I find it refreshing to get out and play. I love playing the game. It’s a kind of escape for me. Without it, I don’t know what my life would be like. I’m approaching 30, slowly might I add. Whether or not I want to admit it, I want to keep playing soccer so I can continue to stay healthy and get my heart rate up and stay in shape. And truth be known, I am very well aware that if I give it up now, it’s all over. I guess I’m holding on to it as long as I can.
Not sure how people with multiple kids manage to do everything they want to get done every day, but I’m assuming that’s why studies say that most Americans don’t get enough sleep. I know even with one kid, I still don’t get enough sleep.
Lord help us all.
In today’s world there are a ton of people out there who just use their computers. When those people encounter problems, they talk about them with friends or co-workers and every seems to say, it’s spyware, malware or a virus without knowing exactly what it truly is. And jumping on that opportunity are these websites that guarantee to fix your computer, double the speed and make you a soda while you wait (ok I am kidding on that last part). The problem is that most of these websites will have you download software, and inside that software is additional malware or spyware that is installed onto your PC, the very thing the program promises to help you get rid of. It’s a scam people!
Point is, these companies have jumped on the opportunities that we are providing them by people who miss-diagnose other people’s computer problems.
I’m here to set the record straight, pay attention:
Under NO circumstance should you EVER download anything from these websites.
I don’t care if your uncle’s brother said it would fix your computer because he tried it and it worked. The truth is that your uncle’s brother is a moron. These websites SELL you stuff that you can obtain and run on your own for FREE.
With a little bit of education, and some common sense, you can fix your own computer. What a thought.
I’ve been working on computers for more than a decade now and I have NEVER EVER paid for a program to remove spyware or malware and you shouldn’t do that either. Anti-viruses are a different story for another time.
If you feel like your computer is running slow and it may be infected with something visit www.download.com and view their free spyware/malware scanning programs. If you don’t know how to do it and need some help, contact me and I will personally help you out. I won’t do it for free, but I also will not gouge you. With your permission, I will remotely login to your computer and you can watch me fix it from afar.
I had a client contact me about their need for a small website to showcase what kind of Human Resourcing knowledge and expertice they could add to a company. We decided on the domain http://www.TheSupremeConsulting.com.
She wanted a very small, simple website with a lot of data on the site. I began building the site off of a template and then she emailed me the content that she wanted to display on it. I was able to complete this design in it’s entirety in about a week and a half. The client was thrilled and still uses the email accounts that I set up for her.

Showcasing my work was one of the first reasons that I really wanted to put a blog on this website. It’s something I need to do. I cannot tell people I can build them work, and then say go to X website, then go to Y website and then Z website. I really need to have specific examples of what I can do on here, in one place. That way people can come and see everything they need to see; enough so that hopefully they’ll end up doing some sort of business with me.
Over the next few weeks, I’ll be adding photos and information about all of the sites I have designed, starting with simplest to hardest.

For the sixty-seventh (kidding) time I’ve started a website to attempt to show off some of my work. I’ve been doing websites, both starting and running them, for over 5 years now and it’s time to show off what some of them have grown into.
